The question I ask project managers and developers is &quot;How much time and effort is built into your plan to accommodate change?&quot; There are some other questions that go with this. Have you seen any of the changes yet? Why not? What are your going to do about it?

Point being that change is inevitable and the problems arise if you don&#039;t know when to argue for them or against them. You can&#039;t win every battle so making an arbitrary rule  against change guarantees you are going to create a problem for your team.</description>
